Probate following my son's death

Matias sold my son’s house that was in probate following my son’s death. The sale became challenging after an attempted robbery that occurred in escrow. Matias was very informative and skillful in helping us prepare the house, negotiating the sale, and helping us after attempted robbery to close escrow and complete the sale. Both co-administrators for my son’s estate including his mother and me live in other states so having an excellent real estate agent really helped us. Thanks Matias!!!
