As a real estate investor I’ve bought and sold millions of dollars of real estate, but this probate transaction was something that I had never come across before and Matias served as my guide throughout. While I had to own the business end of the transaction (i.e. – what numbers work for my specific strategy), Matias provided both general probate process guidance and specific transaction insight that ultimately led to my company purchasing an asset that will be in our investment portfolio for years to come.
